GA REACH Practice Owner Membership is designed for APRNs and other healthcare professionals who own or co-own an independent healthcare practice and want a stronger voice in the policies affecting their patients, providers, and businesses.

Independent practice owners experience healthcare policy from both sides — as clinicians caring for patients and as business owners navigating regulation, reimbursement, workforce issues, and the realities of maintaining access to care.

As a Practice Owner Member, you’ll join a growing network committed to strengthening independent practice, advancing meaningful healthcare reform, and expanding access to care throughout Georgia.

Practice Owner Membership includes individual GA REACH membership benefits for the practice owner and the number of additional APPs included in the selected tier. After joining, GA REACH will contact you to collect information for the additional providers covered by your practice membership.

Who Is Eligible?

Practice Owner Membership is available to healthcare professionals who own or co-own an independent healthcare practice.

Eligible practice owners may include:

  • Nurse Practitioners
  • Certified Nurse-Midwives
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists
  • Clinical Nurse Specialists
  • Physician Assistants
  • Mental and behavioral health clinicians
  • Owners of multidisciplinary healthcare practices
  • Other healthcare professionals who own a clinical practice and support the mission of GA REACH

Practice Owner Membership is an annual membership. Membership tier is determined by the practice owner plus the number of additional Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) working within the practice.

How practice size is calculated: The practice owner is counted separately from the number of APPs. For example, Owner + 2 APPs means the practice owner plus two additional Advanced Practice Providers.

All memberships are annual. Founding rates are available through December 31, 2026. Regular annual rates begin January 1, 2027.

Practices with Owner + 6 or more additional APPs should contact GA REACH for a custom annual membership package.
